Certain significant achievements for INSPIRATION over the last 45 days
1. Dr.Walter Liese, Chairman, World Bamboo Congress recognizes Inspiration’s paper “GOING MULTI-STORIED WITH BAMBOO” as a “Charming paper resulting in enthusiasm among the audience” while congratulating Mr.Jaigopal Rao in this effort, inviting him to present this for Bamboo Congress, Bangkok in September. Dr.Juan Francisco Correal Daza, University of Bogota, Colombia also recognizes this paper “GOING MULTI-STORIED WITH BAMBOO” and invites presentation in Second International Conference on Modern Bamboo structures in Bogota, Colombia in July 2009.
2. Sri.Nandan Nilekhani Co-Chairman of INFOSYS recognizes Inspiration’s initiative on “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ZONE” as a POWERFUL CORE CONCEPT. Sri Binoy Vishwom , Honorable Minister for Housing & Environment, Kerala also emphasized the need to communicate the concept of “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ZONE” TO THE SOCIETY AT LARGE
3. Sri.Vijay Bhaskar Chairman National Water Mission recognizes Ms.Latha Raman Jaigopal’s initiative in “Total Water Management” and has expressed full Central Government support for taking up live demonstration projects in Kerala.
4. Other Highlights include: a) Fairly large coverage in ‘Mint’ News paper on 22nd April 2009 (a subsidiary of Wallstreet journal) b) Green signal for Rajapur Township Project c) A new project enquiry from Seychelles (near South Africa)
